Sr BSA - Wealth Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Wealth Management and Asset Management projects with focus on KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive client onboarding, account management, and compliance-related initiatives.
• Coordinate project activities across business, compliance, legal, and technology teams.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to KYC regulations, AML standards, and financial industry compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), Project Lead, or Project Manager in Wealth Management.
• Experience working on KYC / AML / Client Onboarding projects.
• Good understanding of Wealth Management operations, account management, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex projects in Banking or Financial Services environments.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
