Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
• Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and clarification sessions
• Support testing activities including UAT planning and validation
• Identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong communication and facilitation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in regulated or high-compliance environments
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
• Experience supporting both business and technical teams in delivery cycles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
