Your Tasks as a Business Analyst (m/f/d)

• Analysis of business processes in the area of Customer Services and Text Systems to identify optimization potential at the interface with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations departments.
• Analysis of data streams and information objects in the context of Universal Consent Management and documentation of information objects.
• Analysis of E2E processes for consent acquisition (declarations of consent), their storage in the systems, further processing, and use for specific application cases.
• Capture of requirements from specialist departments and prioritization of needs, as well as active shaping of the solution path.
• Development of future-oriented solutions in an international project team.
• Creation of clear use cases and meaningful user stories as a basis for developers to ensure sustainable implementation.
• Monitoring of current technological developments and evaluation of their potential for developing convincing business cases for new digital solutions.

Your Profile

• University degree in Business, Computer Science, Insurance, or comparable professional experience.
• Experience in the systematic analysis of requirements and modeling of business processes, familiar with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• Interest in digital, technological developments as well as the ability to observe trends and translate them into business opportunities and inspire teams.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to collaborate in international project teams.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
• Knowledge in Universal Consent Management or Customer Data Platform is an advantage.
