Responsibilities

Your missions will include contributing to:

• Framing & design of customer area & mobile application evolutions
• Gathering business needs and writing detailed requirement specifications; challenging them to ensure feasibility
• Leading design workshops with project teams (UX, technical, business)
• Ensuring that requirements are well-defined and aligned with business needs.
• Leading and participating in coordination meetings with all stakeholders and verifying the proper synchronization of work by ensuring regular reporting.
• Writing detailed functional specifications (User Stories, business rules)
• Participating in the definition of mockups and UX/UI consistency
• Working in close collaboration with development teams to ensure a good understanding of needs
• Performing functional tests, tracking anomalies, and documenting evolutions
• Contributing to change management (operating procedures, support materials, etc.)
• Participating in agile rituals (daily, sprint planning, review, etc.)
• Identifying risks and proposing solutions to ensure the smooth running of the project

Qualifications

To successfully carry out this project, you will need:

• Skills as a Business Analyst or MOA Project Manager on digital projects
• Experience in coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders (business, technical, UX/UI, etc.).
• Very good knowledge of digital customer journeys (customer area, mobile app)
• Mastery of agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, backlog management
• Ability to analyze functional incidents and write clear action plans
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
• Interest in technical-functional topics (API tests, logs)
• Sense of autonomy, rigor, organization, initiative
