Responsibilities
- Work directly with Swiss and international clients throughout all phases of the organizational change management lifecycle, from initial assessment and planning of the change management strategy to execution, hyper‑care, and adoption review with the right metrics.
- Introduce and embed best‑practice change management frameworks, governance, processes, and tools to support successful organizational transitions and stakeholder engagement at all stages.
- Act as a key team member liaising with client leaders and internal stakeholders to align change initiatives with business objectives and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to Deloitte's business development efforts and proposal creation by partnering with Human Capital, other Deloitte service offerings, and relevant stakeholders.
