As part of the development of our activities in the insurance sector, particularly life insurance, we are looking for a Business Analyst to work with our major clients on business and IS transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst consultant, you will be at the heart of our clients' projects to:

• Gather and analyze business needs related to life insurance products (savings, protection, retirement),
• Draft detailed functional specifications and participate in the design of adapted solutions,
• Lead business workshops and liaise with technical teams (development, integrators, editors),
• Contribute to testing phases and functional acceptance,
• Support change management and go-live,
• Participate in upskilling internal or client teams.

Profile:

The extras that will make you stand out:

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, business school, or university.
• You have a confirmed experience of at least 5 years as a Business Analyst or MOA Consultant, ideally in the life insurance sector.
• You have a strong command of life insurance products and processes (savings, unit-linked, taxation, contract management...).
• You are comfortable with project environments: agile, scoping methods, collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• You have a strong capacity for adaptation, good interpersonal skills, and a taste for teamwork.
