Solution Analyst Senior

About

In this context, the client is looking for a Senior Solution Analyst responsible for designing and implementing the necessary functionalities, both on the application side and for data exchange via API. The missions include:

• Technical and functional analysis
• Writing specifications
• Testing and validation
• Deployment of solutions
• Solid technical experience is essential to succeed in this role.

The Service consists of:

• Analyzing business needs, ensuring a good understanding of expectations, and the impact of needs on the application
• Writing the solution to be implemented through User Stories
• Challenging business needs, proposing solutions or alternatives for complex requests that are not aligned in terms of cost/benefit
• Ensuring the compliance of technical-functional specifications with the entire application, and with the prerequisites and structure of Contract Hub
• Participating in internal team meetings (coordination, action plan), workshops with the business for needs analysis and Q&A/clarification phases, and meetings with Contract Hub
• Identifying risks and interdependencies
• Executing functional tests, non-regression tests, end-to-end tests, and ensuring the quality of the solution at the time of delivery to the test environment and the Production environment
• Ensuring the quality and performance of the solution
• Liaising/communicating with the Application Manager to report risks/problems, and also to share progress on ongoing actions

Candidate Profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Java developer
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Solution Analyst
• Fluent technical English: writing and reading documents in English (functional specifications are in English), exchanges during meetings or phone calls

• Good writing skills
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Knowledge of a ticketing tool such as JIRA
• Knowledge of a requirements management tool such as Confluence
• High autonomy while remaining within the project priorities
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the credit insurance sector is a plus
• Experience in a contract management project would be a plus
