Business Analyst

About

The Business Analyst will work on the GRC Topease application, currently used for:

• IT Risk Management
• Business Continuity Management

The scope will be extended to:

• Third Party Risk Management
• DORA regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Functional Design:

• Gather and translate business needs into functional specifications
• Support business teams in expressing their needs
• Write detailed functional specifications
• Propose and challenge technical solutions with IT teams and the editor
• Identify impacts on architecture and define the target functional architecture
• Document the architecture in line with group IT standards

Application & Project Support:

• Provide run support and application configuration (Topease Designer Tool)
• Contribute to the implementation of releases and deployment of new modules
• Provide functional support to developers and the editor
• Manage evolution requests within the budget and governance framework

Testing & Validation:

• Lead and/or contribute to testing activities
• Perform functional validation and acceptance testing
• Ensure the quality and consistency of delivered features

Governance & Reporting:

• Organize and lead workshops and committees (in English)
• Follow IT governance processes and associated validations
• Ensure project reporting and progress tracking
• Identify risks, report alerts, and propose mitigation plans

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and DORA.
• Good experience in the operational implementation of IT Risk regulations into concrete IT solutions (GRC tools, particularly Topease).
• Knowledge of IT risk management processes, BCM, third-party risks, and DORA.
• Knowledge of new DORA regulations.
