Your Mission

You are passionate about digital marketing and CRM tools? This position is for you.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you are responsible for managing marketing campaigns and optimizing our CRM ecosystem:

Build Side:

• Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns via Salesforce
• Gather and formalize business needs
• Translate marketing objectives into functional and technical specifications
• Design user interfaces adapted to needs
• Participate in integration projects with digital ecosystem tools
• Ensure the structuring and quality of data and segmentation

Run Side:

• Continuously optimize the performance of marketing campaigns
• Manage authorizations and access in Salesforce
• Ensure the quality and reliability of CRM data
• Train and support business users
• Document processes and best practices
• Contribute to the functional evolution of the platform

Your Background

You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in demanding CRM and digital marketing environments. You enjoy transforming business needs into concrete solutions without ever ceasing to innovate. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

• Salesforce (mandatory)
• Digital marketing and CRM tools
• Multi-channel campaign management
• Data marketing (segmentation, data quality)
• Adobe (a plus)
• Agile environments / digital ecosystems
