At CELAD we are looking for a QA, Test engineer!

We intervene for one of our clients in the banking sector as part of a demanding and strongly quality-oriented mission. We are looking for a confirmed Business Analyst Test to contribute to the core of the projects, in close collaboration with the business, IT and quality teams, to guarantee the reliability of deliverables and the overall performance of the testing process.

Responsibilities

• We define and maintain the test strategy, including objectives, scope, and test levels.
• We organize and manage the specification, execution, and closing phases of tests.
• We coordinate the various stakeholders, including IT, business, and QA teams.
• We oversee testing activities, including those that may be delegated.
• We ensure the availability of test environments, tools, and data.
• We manage test teams and track overall progress.
• We track milestones, priorities, workloads, and associated deliverables.
• We produce test reports and performance indicators (KPIs).
• We participate in project and quality committees (QAP) by providing a cross-functional view of testing.

Requirements

• We are looking for confirmed experience in Business Analysis with a strong testing orientation.
• We expect a solid mastery of test processes and methodologies.
• We are looking for the ability to lead teams and coordinate various stakeholders.
• We expect excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• We are looking for ease in communication and reporting.
• We expect mastery of test strategies and tools.
• We are looking for good management of test environments.
• We expect mastery of managing test campaigns.
• We are looking for good management of anomaly tracking and software quality.
• We expect the ability to produce reports and KPIs.
