Responsibilities

• Technical and functional analysis in software development within a cross-functional agile team.
• Interface between operational and functional-technical units (Service Transition / Service Design).
• Coordination of requirements analysis, conception, implementation, and acceptance testing.
• Risk assessment, task prioritization, feasibility analysis, and effort estimation.
• Consulting clients on solution alternatives and process optimization within Business Analysis.
• Analysis and resolution of production errors.
• Performing impact analyses and considering end-to-end processes and their effects.

Requirements

• Desire to grow and act entrepreneurially and self-determinedly with the team.
• Completed university degree with an IT focus (or comparable completed vocational training).
• Minimum of five years of professional experience.
• Good knowledge of business processes and products (e.g., insurance, finance, IT).
• Experience in in-house consulting, IT and DV coordination, or as a consultant.
• Basic knowledge of software development methods and database systems like SQL.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on intuitive solutions for the best possible customer experience.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and agile methodologies (ideally with SCRUM certification).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn new topics.
• Confident communication in German and English.
• Willingness to travel (1 day per week).
