Role

In this role, you will take on the functional analysis and design of tariffs, ensuring they are both market-compliant and economically viable. You will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and further development of tariff models based on data analyses, regulatory requirements, and internal company strategies. You will identify optimization potential, develop decision-making bases, and prepare complex issues understandably for different stakeholders. You will work closely with interfaces such as product management, sales, and controlling to enable well-founded tariff decisions. With your analytical strength and understanding of market and customer needs, you will significantly contribute to a competitive and future-oriented tariff landscape.

Responsibilities

• You will observe the Swiss health and accident insurance market, monitor legal changes, and derive the internal need for action.
• You will analyze functional customer requirements together with development and technology and develop suitable solutions and specifications.
• You will actively drive the continuous improvement of automatic invoice checking to save costs sustainably.
• You will ensure that customer applications are regularly supplied with current reference data and continuously optimize processes and tools.
• You will be actively involved in customer projects, release planning, and the operation of the Business Service Sumex.

Qualifications

• You have completed training in IT or a commercial field with a high affinity for IT.
• You have several years of experience in health/accident insurance, ideally in tariff management.
• You have expertise in business analysis, concept development, and specification of requirements.
• Knowledge of the Sumex suite or SQL is an advantage.
• Perfect written and spoken German and enjoyment of a team-oriented and varied way of working round off your profile.
