Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Business Analyst based in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Conducting data-driven analyses
• Identifying business needs
• Improving business processes
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
• Ensuring alignment between business goals and operational execution

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and a proven ability to interpret data effectively
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, with experience in identifying trends and opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Experience in Business Process mapping and optimization
• Expertise in gathering and documenting Business Requirements to support strategic initiatives
• Experienced in using business analysis tools and methodologies
• Fluency in English; German or French language skills are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
