About the Role
Seeking a Business Analyst/Technical Writer to support licensing and enforcement functions by managing and updating approximately 450 forms and 900 letters across multiple boards.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing, analyzing, and prioritizing change requests
- Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement form updates
- Ensuring consistency and compliance with regulations
- Creating static and dynamic forms
- Documenting processes
- Developing a repository for forms
- Supporting system integration and testing for a future cloud-based SaaS solution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of database and scripting concepts
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in regulatory or government environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile practices
- Familiarity with SharePoint and related tools
