Business Analyst/ester

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Business Analyst/ester for one of our clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.

Responsibilities

• Identify functional requirements and create user stories
• Test developed stories and ensure application QA
• Prepare and participate in internal design sessions
• Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
• Assist Scrum Master and other team members when needed

Qualifications

• Top Secret Cleared
• Onsite 5 days a week
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Experience with Business Requirement Analysis
• Experience with Agile Project Management
• Experience with JIRA Ticketing
• Experience with Manual Testing
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Clear written communication and documentation skills
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
• Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight
• Able to develop strong client relationships
