Mission context

The Vallourec CRM “CORUM” brings together all functionalities related to managing customer activity and commercial opportunities (quotations, validation, reporting, legal, etc.). Several other applications are connected to the CRM to support different processes:

  • FAST TRACK is an online platform accessible to all commercial offices and mills, used to manage the quotation process.
  • SAP is an ERP used in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia to manage the order process.
  • APPROVAL is used to manage KYC / KYO procedures.
  • LUMINANCE is used by the Compliance team to manage and validate contracts.

The objective of the mission is to support the Business Application Manager (BAM), primarily on the CRM, in improvement initiatives, user support, and training activities.

Mission

  • Gather, analyze, and formalize user requirements to support the continuous improvement of the tool and the enhancement of its functionalities.
  • Provide first‑level support, assisting users in resolving their daily issues and ensuring efficient handling of incidents.
  • Contribute to data quality improvement by identifying anomalies, participating in data‑reliability actions, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in functional testing phases during the deployment of new features or enhancements, including drafting test cases and analyzing results.
  • Create, structure, and update training documentation (user guides, training materials, procedures) to facilitate tool adoption and strengthen user proficiency.
  • Propose improvements to tools, business processes, and internal practices, leveraging user feedback and usage analysis.
  • Actively contribute to application‑related projects, from scoping to go‑live, by providing functional expertise and a user‑centric perspective.

Required Skills And Training

  • Essential:
    • Soft skills: Rigor, autonomy
    • Languages: Fluent French and English
  • Preferred:
    • Language : Portuguese would be an asset
    • Degree : Engineering degree
    • Education : Engineering school, IT school, or business school with an Information Systems specialization
    • Tools : Excel, SharePoint, reporting tools (Power BI), CRM

Our recruitment process:

The recruitment process consists of three steps:

1/ An initial interview via videoconference with a Talent Acquisition Manager to introduce Vallourec and discuss your background and motivations.

2/ A videoconference or in-person interview with the direct manager.

This process may vary depending on the position and geographic scope. An in-person interview is always included.
