What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with business customers throughout the community
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Structure and manage commercial loan opportunities
• Analyze financial statements and assist with credit decisions
• Partner with clients on treasury management and other banking solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships across the bank

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of business banking or commercial lending experience
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and community leaders
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
