Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Counselor based in Nagpur. The Business Counselor will provide one-on-one career counseling, conduct comprehensive needs assessments, and create tailored strategies for clients. They will also deliver management consulting services, analyze challenges, and recommend effective business solutions. Developing actionable insights, collaborating with stakeholders, and crafting financial and operational strategies to foster business growth are key responsibilities.

Qualifications • Strong analytical skills to assess business challenges and evaluate data effectively • Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting to provide tailored, strategic solutions • Exceptional Communication skills to build rapport, deliver complex ideas clearly, and guide clients • Knowledge of Finance to craft informed strategies and identify potential growth opportunities • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with a diverse team • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field • Prior experience in career counseling or business consulting is an advantage • Fluency in local languages and familiarity with the Nagpur business environment is a plus
