Your role in this story
As a Business Data Analyst, reporting to the IT department, you will be responsible for the relevance and quality of our data analyses to support decision-making and improve business processes. You will intervene from day one with autonomy and leadership, without needing close guidance.
Your daily tasks:
- Collect, clean and analyze large quantities of data from various sources
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data
- Conduct in-depth statistical studies to support company strategies
- Collaborate with all teams and subsidiaries to understand their needs and provide relevant analyses, by facilitating workshops and translating business needs into technical needs
- Ensure technological watch and propose new analysis tools
- Actively participate in IT projects related to data (solution migration, reporting redesign)
- Listen to users to identify areas for improvement and propose appropriate solutions
Your objectives:
- At 3 months: Have understood the company's data environment and proposed initial improvement ideas related to identified projects
- At 6 months: Have implemented new relevant dashboards and contributed to process optimization
The tools you will use: SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Dynamics Microsoft, Microsoft Fabric
Your manager's role
Your manager, Director of Information Systems, will support you in your onboarding and give you the autonomy needed to carry out your missions. Their management approach is based on trust and skill development. Regular check-ins will be organized to follow your projects and help you with your challenges.

Prerequisites:
- You hold a Bac+3/+5 in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a relevant field
- You have at least 4 years of confirmed experience in a similar role, allowing you to be fully operational upon integration
- You master data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python)
- You have knowledge of statistics and data processing
- You are naturally curious and proactive
- You appreciate interacting with users and are attentive to their needs
- You have a 'customer care' and continuous improvement mindset
- You are based in the Nantes region or have a strong and concrete life project in the Nantes metropolitan area — this position is part of a long-term dynamic and the company is looking for an employee who sees themselves there for the long term
