Sales Business Administration Reporting Analyst

About the Role

Join the Dassault Systèmes Sales Business Administration team to participate in the management of enterprise reporting tools covering the Customer repository, Software orders, and order execution tracking, by creating and maintaining appropriate analytics.

Within a dynamic team composed of members working at Dassault Systèmes headquarters in Vélizy-Villacoublay and team members based in India, you will ensure the creation, maintenance, and development of enterprise reports for Dassault Systèmes. These reports are primarily for Dassault Systèmes' Finance, Sales, and Sales Administration organizations.

In this context, you will work with the Business Process Expert (BPE) for Software and Services order reporting. You will be responsible for the design, creation, and deployment of relevant analytical elements to monitor Sales Administration activity, identify financial trends, and anticipate business evolution through predictive analysis, to support rapid and effective decision-making.

You will work in close collaboration with the following organizations: Sales Operations teams (Global and Local), Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Brand and GEO FP&A in particular. You will co-manage the relationship with the dedicated IT team to carry out necessary improvements and developments.

This is a permanent position based in Vélizy Villacoublay (78).

Your Missions

As responsible for the development of certain reports:

• You will participate in leading DEFINE sessions with contributing organizations, document or supplement functional specification documentation, ensuring impact review.
• You will help manage communication with all participants.
• You will manage the follow-up of the development plan for the reports you are responsible for; you will ensure that developments are delivered continuously, in compliance with industry standards (content, quality, planning).
• You will provide test scenarios to secure developments (BI Reports, Widget, Dataflow).
• You will actively participate in reviews and bug resolution.
• You will participate in managing access security for certain widgets and develop new security axes if necessary.

As a Data Analyst & Scientist:

• You will participate in the consolidation and detailed analysis of subjects covered by Sales Administration. You will actively participate and suggest monitoring of necessary information, analyses, and explanations of variation measurements.
• You will guarantee the quality and completeness of data reported in the reports.
• You will provide data for forecasting the Sales Administration activity, both for Global Operations and the four geographic platforms.

Your Qualifications

• You hold a degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or University Master's.
• You wish to leverage initial professional experience as a Data Analyst in a Business / Sales / Finance environment.
• Experience in a complex and international environment, which has allowed you to acquire strong analytical and methodological skills, absolutely crucial for the position.
• Dynamic and understanding of internal client issues.
• Complex problem-solving skills.
• Team spirit and ability to interact with a demanding ecosystem.
• Very good level of French and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in systems for data manipulation and analysis (particularly Business Object and IBM Cognos TM1), as well as Excel.
• Strong sense of responsibility, high level of rigor.
• Agility to work with large and multicultural teams.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
