About the Role

We are seeking a Business Consultant to help organizations understand and leverage data and AI to address their most critical business challenges. In this role, you will work directly with customers to shape strategy, define value, and guide adoption of AI-driven solutions. Success in this role requires providing thought leadership and a clear point of view across multiple industries, translating ideas into practical and actionable roadmaps. The Business Consultant defines value and ROI frameworks, supports change management, and communicates effectively through high-quality written and verbal presentations. Internally, this role partners closely with delivery teams and supports execution to ensure successful outcomes.

Principal tasks and responsibilities

• Lead discovery discussions to understand business objectives, constraints, and success criteria
• Act as a trusted advisor by validating that proposed solutions align with customer needs and priorities
• Partner with Sales to identify and shape meaningful opportunities with prospective customers
• Document customer goals, value drivers, ROI expectations, risks, assumptions, and success measures
• Develop and deliver high-impact presentations throughout the client engagement lifecycle
• Clearly articulate solution options and trade‑offs to support informed decision‑making
• Support project execution by participating in key internal and client‑facing processes
• Uphold company standards, methodologies, and policies during delivery
• Stay current on data, AI, and industry trends to maintain credibility with clients

Qualifications and pre‑requisites

• Strong business consulting background with meaningful exposure to data and AI initiatives
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with both executive and technical audiences
• Proven ability to connect business challenges to data‑ and AI‑driven solutions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of consulting experience, including at least 2 years focused on data and AI
