Who are we?
Digital Services is the ESN (IT Services Company) of Orange Business, combining expertise in Cloud, Digital, Data, and AI. Over 4,000 experts across France support companies and public institutions in their digital transformation. Joining us means participating in the support of our clients through stimulating and varied missions.
Attached to our Occitanie agency based in Balma, you will act as a proximity manager for the Data pole teams (Data Analyst, BI expert...) and as a key player in the commercial development of the pole.
Beyond project management, we are looking for a manager who loves sales, wants to actively contribute to business growth, and work hand-in-hand with our sales team.
Your Missions
Commercial Development & Pre-sales
- Actively participate in commercial prospecting with the sales team
- Contribute to responses to tenders, pre-sales phases, and client presentations
- Bring your delivery and technical vision to the construction of value propositions
- Identify cross-sell / up-sell opportunities with our clients
- Participate in the promotion of our offers: webinars, events, presence on social networks and in specialized press
Management & Human Resources
- Supervise, lead, and develop the teams under your responsibility
- Develop the skills and human capital within your scope
- Conduct career monitoring: annual and semi-annual reviews, training and certification plans
- Actively contribute to recruitment and the attractiveness of the agency
Delivery & Project Management
- Manage client commitments and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Support teams in project execution (delivery methods, organization, prioritization)
- Mobilize expertise teams when necessary
- Ensure financial monitoring of projects (margins, profitability)
- Occasionally intervene in certain high-value project phases
Your Profile
- Strong appetite for commercial development: active participation in pre-sales, tender responses, client prospecting
- Good knowledge of Data technical environments (SQL, Qlik, PowerBI, DBT, Snowflake, Alteryx...), with the ability to understand subjects and interact effectively with business stakeholders
- Ability to work in tandem with sales teams and present a value-driven discourse to clients
- Experience in managing technical teams and facilitating group dynamics
- Solid understanding of delivery/project management and client commitment awareness
- Sensitivity to the financial stakes of projects
