Responsibilities

• Acquire expert knowledge in E-Recruiting
• Organize meetings with potential new clients and convince them of our products and services
• Sell our products to top-tier companies for whom digital collaboration with universities is essential
• Use creativity to find suitable offers matching individual client requirements

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in Sales / Business Development in a SaaS company
• University graduate with a good degree
• Fluent in German (C2 level)
• Good command of English, both written and spoken

Hiring Process

• 30-minute phone call with Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Interview with future manager
• At least one FOCUS interview to test hard skills (business case or interactive role play)
• Final interview with department leadership
