Job Overview
CompassCare is seeking a results-driven Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive referral growth and expand strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a relationship-focused professional with a proven track record in business development and marketing, preferably in home care or a related healthcare field.
This role centers on building and managing high-value partnerships with advisors, networks, and institutions to position CompassCare as a leading provider of concierge non-medical home care in the tri-state area. Success is measured by referral growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow referral sources
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships across healthcare and related industries
- Execute marketing initiatives (social media, newsletters, events, webinars)
- Represent CompassCare at industry and networking events
- Track and report on KPIs, including referral and marketing performance
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach and business development activities in CRM
Working Environment
Requires travel throughout CompassCare territories including New York City, Westchester County, Lower Fairfield County, CT, with some time spent at CompassCare home office in Stamford, CT.
