About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-forward, Business Development & Client Success Manager to join our growing team in Chatham, NJ. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with 2-5 years of sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys and has a successful track record of outbound prospecting, and is eager to take ownership of the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to implementation to client growth.
In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Revenue and Growth Officer and will play a key role in building your and the sales team's pipeline, driving new client acquisitions, and contributing to overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AI-driven sales technologies to track activity, optimize outreach, and improve performance
- Proactively identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, email, and social channels
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently producing high-quality leads
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing deals, and upselling
- Conduct cold calls with confidence and persistence to engage potential clients
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance, leadership) to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience prospecting new business, building pipeline, and generating leads
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and modern sales technologies
- Proven experience managing deals through a full sales lifecycle
- Strong outbound sales and cold calling experience
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
