Position 1: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities in UAE and international markets
• Source suppliers from China, UAE, Europe, America and Africa
• Handle B2B deals (Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto, etc.)
• Participate in Government & Private Tenders (proposal preparation & submission)
• Develop corporate clients and partnerships
• Achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience (Trading / B2B / Procurement)
• UAE market knowledge is an advantage
• Tender submission experience will be given priority
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Position 2: Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads campaigns
• Increase website traffic for altrade.ae
• SEO and product listing optimization (Amazon-style)
• Plan and execute social media content strategy
• Analyze campaign performance and scale results
• Handle marketplace accounts: Temu, Amazon, Noon (product listing, pricing, promotions, order management)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
• E-commerce marketing experience preferred
• Experience with Temu / Amazon / Noon seller panels
• Creative mindset with data‑driven decision‑making

Additional Priority (Very Important)

Candidates who can also handle:

• Website Development (WordPress / WooCommerce / Custom)
• Mobile App Development (Android / iOS / Flutter)
