About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mining and mineral processing industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions
- Prepare and present technical proposals and quotations
- Support project execution by liaising with engineering and operations teams
- Conduct site visits and client meetings as required
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mining Engineering
- 3–8 years’ experience in technical sales or business development within mining, minerals, or heavy industry
- Strong understanding of mineral processing equipment and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into commercial solutions
- Willingness to travel as required
