We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development & Growth Manager to lead KalosHR’s employer acquisition efforts in Nigeria. This person will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with decision-makers, pitching the platform, closing new business, and helping employers successfully onboard onto KalosHR. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B SaaS, HR tech, recruitment, or SME sales in Nigeria and can confidently sell a practical business solution to founders, HR managers, recruiters, and operations leads.

• *Qualifications** • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Growth Planning • Strong ability in Market Analysis and identifying new revenue streams • Exceptional Client Relationship Management and Key Account Management skills • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and achieve business goals • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities • Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply data-driven decision-making • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • Prior experience in HR or related industry is a plus
