Role Description
As a full-time Business Development Manager based in Kathu, you will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition, establishing partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. Key tasks involve managing client relationships, developing growth strategies, creating compelling proposals, and working cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions for clients. In addition, the role requires tracking industry trends, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also represent the organization during business meetings, events, and presentations, showcasing the value of the companies products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
- Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Competitive Analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to cultivate and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Advanced problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales-related applications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the Networking, IT, Infrastructure or cabling
