What You'll Do

  • Hunt new business opportunities in the Process and Plant industries, manufacturing, automotive, IT and Software, FinTech and Hospitality sector
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline from scratch
  • Earn commission on all deals closed
  • Work with technical teams to craft winning proposals
  • Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships

Who We Want

  • Proven track record with 5+ years in B2B technical sales
  • Experience selling engineering/IT services (not just products)
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles (3-12 months)
  • Existing industry contacts are a huge plus
  • Self-starter who thrives on commission-only challenges
