About the Opportunity
We're seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow our engineering and technology services business. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential for top performers who can sell our high-value services to industrial and manufacturing clients.
Your Playground
Sell our premium services across:
- Product Engineering
- Plant Engineering
- CAD/CAE Services
- Software & IT
- Backoffice Support
What You'll Do
- Hunt new business opportunities in the Process and Plant industries, manufacturing, automotive, IT and Software, FinTech and Hospitality sector
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline from scratch
- Earn commission on all deals closed
- Work with technical teams to craft winning proposals
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships
Who We Want
- Proven track record with 5+ years in B2B technical sales
- Experience selling engineering/IT services (not just products)
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles (3-12 months)
- Existing industry contacts are a huge plus
- Self-starter who thrives on commission-only challenges
