Confidential

Remote (Global) 1w ago

About the role

About the Company

Dominant Digital Agency is a results-driven digital marketing agency that specializes in helping small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs) achieve their marketing goals. Our expertise spans SEO, paid media, and website development, with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI-driven strategies. As we grow, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist to help shape our client success strategies and drive measurable results.

About the Role

We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Business Development Manager who has experience confidently working with and selling to customers via phone, great personal organization, and time management skills. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-based role and be able to self-prioritize tasks while quickly assessing which items to focus on as new information becomes available. As a confident decision‑maker, you should be deeply motivated by commissions and the potential for upward financial mobility.

This is a Full‑Time remote role.

Requirements

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with generating sales and phone‑based support within an agency environment.
  • Prior experience selling or implementing marketing services to local businesses.
  • Comfortable working on US time zones.
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly.
  • Ability to learn our processes and playbooks, and then make them your own.
  • Confident decision‑maker.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM in a marketing services sales environment.
  • Savvy enough to use marketing tools for simple updates (e.g., updating an email message in a sequence).
  • Motivated by commissions and upward financial mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales pipeline by managing inbound leads and conducting qualification calls.
  • Execute cold outbound outreach and re‑engage past prospects or previously lost opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and perform mini‑audits of prospect websites to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work within our company systems (HubSpot, CRM, task management, and communication systems).
  • Present recommended marketing strategies and close new client agreements.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and share insights to improve messaging and targeting.

Growth Opportunities / Perks

  • Ability to become the number one employee in our recruiting/sales team.
  • Possibility to move into management/decision‑making role as the company grows.
  • Huge potential for upward mobility with a commission structure.
  • You will train under the best of the best in terms of experience in our industry.
  • Work in a friendly company culture.

You’re not a fit for this role if…

❌ You are uncomfortable with cold outbound outreach or re‑engaging old leads.
❌ You lack experience selling digital marketing services or agency solutions to SMBs.
❌ You are not tech‑savvy enough to navigate a CRM like HubSpot or update email sequences independently.
❌ You struggle to explain marketing concepts or perform basic website audits for prospects.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process is made up of four parts, so please be aware that you will need to dedicate time for a questionnaire, a video, and two 1‑on‑1 interviews.
