About

We’re hiring a true 360 recruiter who can bring in new business and fill it. This is not a TA role — you own your desk, pipeline, and results.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect and win new clients (cold calls, outreach, referrals)
  • Manage full cycle recruitment: intake → fill → close
  • Build and grow your own book of business
  • Fill high-volume roles across manufacturing, supply chain & industrial

KPIs / Expectations

  • 40–60 outbound calls/day
  • 15–20 client outreach touches/day (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • 5–8 client meetings/week
  • 25+ candidate interviews/week
  • 25+ new candidate registrations/week
  • Weekly placements + consistent spread/margin growth
  • Daily activity + pipeline tracking

What we need

  • Proven agency recruitment experience (360 desk)
  • Strong sales mentality — comfortable hunting for business
  • Track record of client acquisition + revenue generation
  • Able to work fast, stay organized, and deliver

What this is NOT

  • Not Talent Acquisition
  • Not delivery-only
  • No existing accounts — you build your own desk

Compensation

Base + aggressive commission (uncapped)
