ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you'll leverage your sales prowess to engage US business prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media. Ideal candidates possess 2+ years of B2B sales experience and a drive to launch their sales career. With a focus on generating sales-qualified leads and meeting weekly targets, success in this role guarantees advancement to an Account Executive position after one year of exceeding expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS for Inside Sales Representative:
- 2+ years of business development or sales experience preferred in a B2B digital marketing, IT, and/or SaaS environment, but we are open to exceptionally ambitious individuals looking to start a sales career.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles involving direct outreach to and interaction with U.S. and/or Canadian clients and prospects.
- 2+ years of a proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach, pipeline, and sales targets.
- Experience in a cold calling and high-volume outbound outreach role, with the ability to spend 4+ hours per day on phone-based prospecting.
- Organized, ambitious, disciplined, and resourceful, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Proficient in writing persuasive sales emails, follow-ups, and outbound messages.
- Highly adept at utilizing a full tech stack and comfortable working across sales and prospecting tools.
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone manner.
- Numbers-driven, performance-focused, and motivated by activity, targets, and results.
- Proven track record of achieving professional goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION for INSIDE SALES SDR / BDR:
- High-volume phone outreach and prospecting (100+ calls / 4+ hours per day)
- Contact US business prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media
- Research and compile target contact and account lists
- Craft compelling email offers, sequences, and messages
- Generate a minimum of 10 sales-qualified leads per week
- Facilitate meetings between qualified prospects and your sales manager
- Report on sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly
- Stay up-to-date with digital and inbound marketing trends
