The Role

We are looking for an energetic sales professional to lead our Institutional Sales efforts. You will be the face of Yung Unitee, building strong ties with colleges, universities, and training centers to bring our growth-focused services to students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Institutional Outreach: Build and manage relationships with colleges, universities, and hospitals across the region.
  • Events & Workshops: Conduct seminars and info sessions to promote our education and training programs.
  • Lead Management: Convert institutional leads into active partnerships and handle student enrollments.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify new market trends and scout for tie-ups with training centers and certification platforms.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the bridge between our internal product teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Target Achievement: Own the B2B sales funnel and meet monthly/quarterly engagement goals.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: Up to 2 years in Ed-tech (experienced in university, colleges and schools is a plus).
  • Qualified: Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
  • Communicator: You have excellent presentation skills and can negotiate with senior decision-makers.
  • Mobile: Willing to travel for on‑ground activities and campus visits.
  • Driven: You are self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.
