Business Engineer Real Estate

Tasks

• Consolidation and optimization of the existing application landscape for Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) in the banking environment
• Further development of existing systems in accordance with defined architecture and data principles for cross-system control of the real estate portfolio (without introducing a new overall system)
• Creation of a 'current state' analysis of the data and system landscape
• Definition of a target picture for the future CREM IT landscape with a focus on the 'Real Estate' domain
• Analysis of existing systems and definition of clear responsibilities for data ownership, maintenance, and adaptation

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Engineer
• Experience in Real Estate Management (REM)
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and creation of a unified data basis for cross-system evaluations
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL), data flows, reporting logic, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Good understanding of IT architecture, system landscapes, and system integrations (e.g., APIs, ETL processes)
• Fluent German language skills
• Good English language skills

Advantageous

• Basic knowledge of CAFM and ERP systems and their interfaces
