A company is looking for an Associate Business Insights Analyst / Business Insights Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert raw data into actionable insights and recommendations for various audiences
- Create data visualizations and presentations to support data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop metrics and optimize business processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline preferred (Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or Economics)
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in an analytics role preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in contact center operations required
- Advanced MS Excel skillset required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite
- Experience with contact center and CRM platforms is highly desirable
