Business Intelligence Analyst - Operations & Supply Chain

Why This Role

This is a newly created Business Intelligence Analyst role designed to strengthen how data is used across operations and supply chain. This position sits within the CFO organization and partners closely with Finance and Operations to improve visibility, decision‑making, and system usage.

It's best suited for a BI or analytics professional who enjoys working directly with ERP data, understands operational KPIs, and wants to learn and grow inside a production business environment.

What You'll Do

ERP & Data Enablement

• Work directly within the ERP system to understand data structures and business processes
• Learn how operational and supply‑chain data flows through the system and identify opportunities to improve data quality and usability
• Partner with internal teams to refine how data is captured and reported

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support operational visibility and KPI tracking
• Use SQL and BI tools (Power BI or similar) to extract, analyze, and present data
• Translate business questions into clear, actionable reporting

Operational Insight & Analysis

• Support operations and supply‑chain leaders with analysis tied to performance, efficiency, and trends
• Help define and maintain KPIs used across the business
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis that supports decision‑making and continuous improvement

Data Governance & Process Support

• Partner with Finance leadership to support data governance standards
• Assist with documentation and reporting needs tied to compliance and internal controls
• Identify opportunities to automate manual data processes to improve efficiency and consistency

Who This Role Is For

• A BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Operations Analyst with 2+ years of experience
• Someone comfortable working with SQL and structured system data
• A professional interested in learning an ERP system and understanding how data connects to real operations
• Someone who prefers working closely with the business, not operating as a back‑office report builder
• Candidates from operations‑heavy or large‑scale environments (manufacturing, distribution, logistics, services, etc.) tend to do well

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with BI tools (Power BI or similar)
• Exposure to ERP or operational systems (Infor experience a plus, not required)
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving ability
• Able to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical partners
