Business Intelligence Analyst with Security Clearance

TENAX has openings for Information Technology support services for the Office of Naval Intelligence. These are onsite, full‑time positions requiring Top Secret / SCI clearances, and IT certifications.

Responsibilities

• The Business Intelligence Analyst plans and coordinates requirement gathering IAW established processes to document and decompose system requirements for development and implementation by the engineering team.
• Functions as a SCRUM session coordinator and project scheduler.
• Provides customer liaison services to the government project manager.

Required Qualifications

• An Active TS Clearance with Eligibility for TS/SCI is required
• Have a Bachelor's degree or years of experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology/systems or equivalent.
• Experience documenting user workflows and writing user stories.

Desired Qualifications

• Operational knowledge of requirements processing, traceability and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of documentation retention processes.
• Experience documenting user workflows and writing user stories
• Familiarity with at least one industry‑standard tool (i.e. SharePoint, MS 365 and advanced applications).
