Role Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst will drive data-driven decision-making across Thelixholdings’ B2B2C ecosystem, with exposure to EdTech and FinTech verticals. The role involves transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting growth, optimizing customer journeys, and enabling strategic initiatives across multiple SBUs.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
  • Translate data into actionable insights for leadership and business teams
  • Conduct cohort, funnel, and retention analysis across B2B2C models

Business Performance Monitoring

  • Develop and track KPIs across EdTech and FinTech verticals
  • Build dashboards for real-time business performance monitoring
  • Support revenue, customer acquisition, and engagement analytics

Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Automate recurring reports for stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity

Customer & Partner Analytics (B2B2C Focus)

  • Analyze end-user behavior and partner performance
  • Evaluate customer lifecycle (acquisition → activation → retention)
  • Support segmentation and personalization strategies

Strategic Decision Support

  • Provide insights for product, marketing, and operations teams
  • Support business cases, forecasting, and scenario modeling
  • Partner with leadership on growth and expansion strategies

Data Management & Governance

  • Work with data engineers to ensure clean, reliable datasets
  • Maintain documentation of data definitions and KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (especially in FinTech)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Tech teams
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
  • Simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders

Key KPIs

  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports
  • Adoption and usage of dashboards
  • Impact of insights on business decisions
  • Improvement in key metrics (conversion, retention, revenue)
  • Stakeholder satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in BI/Data Analytics (preferably in B2B2C, EdTech, or FinTech)
  • Experience working with multi-business or platform-based models

Technical Skills

  • SQL (advanced proficiency)
  • BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Excel/Google Sheets (advanced)
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R (preferred)
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts

Domain Knowledge (Preferred)

  • B2B2C business models
  • EdTech metrics (engagement, course completion, LTV)
  • FinTech metrics (transactions, risk, compliance, CAC, LTV)
