Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering
- Elicit, analyze and document business requirements, business rules and user stories and work with business teams, Product teams, other internal stakeholders and in-house development teams throughout solution building and delivery.
- A key member of the project team, the Measurement & Reporting Analyst works with Digital delivery leads, Developers, and Data Domain experts to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Stakeholder Management
- Pro-actively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze functional requirements and deliver the appropriate artefacts as needed: business requirement documents, functional specifications, data specifications, data catalogues, use cases, workflow analysis, reports, etc.
- Act as the first line of contact to interface with internal stakeholders – Operations team, Client Success team, Data Engineering team and others.
Business Analytics
- Review data to ensure its integrity for data analysis to deliver business insights and validation of hypothesis.
- Build compelling Power BI reports/dashboards and translate findings into executive communications.
- Demonstrable ability to analyze data/trends, interpret results, build KPIs, explain KPI drivers and communicate in simple terms.
Project Scope
Investment Accounting/Pension Accounting Reporting (IA/PA)
- Migrate legacy reporting onto Power BI & Report Builder including testing & deployment.
ICS Reporting
- Migrate legacy reporting onto Power BI, including testing & deployment.
Required Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of database systems such as relational databases, OLAP, and Kimball methodologies.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modelling processes.
- Hands-on experience with visualization software such as Power BI and Report Builder.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Excel.

- Data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to explore new technologies to enhance the delivery of operations.
- Business and financial acumen with strong analytical, organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.

- Broad knowledge of financial products, processes, and systems.
- Strong aptitude to learn and improve knowledge.
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $50 – $60 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
