In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful information and identifying trends that are important for the strategic direction of the company. Your main tasks include creating reports and dashboards that are provided to management and product managers to support sales performance and success measurement. You will be comprehensively involved in project work related to the introduction and implementation of new products in reporting. Furthermore, you will independently prepare, interpret, and present analysis results in the context of customer, product, and sales dimensions. You will create decision templates and support management in preparing business policy decisions. Requirements

The ideal candidate has successfully completed a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a comparable field. You have programming experience, particularly in languages such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python, Java, or C, as well as experience in performing database queries with tools like Vertica, Oracle, or SQL. Initial experience with business intelligence tools such as WebFOCUS, QlikSense, TABLEAU, or PowerBI is an advantage. You should also have knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON. Very good analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers are just as important as a high willingness to learn and perform. Independent, careful, and structured work, as well as strong communication and team skills, are essential. The candidate should also have a high degree of resilience and reliability and be proficient in using MS Office applications. Fluent German and good English skills complete your profile.
