Role: BI and Data Analyst (m/f/d) in Controlling

What to Expect:

• Conducting and further developing complex data analyses, including predictive models, to support controlling and corporate management.
• Translating business requirements from various departments into scalable data models and BI applications.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in modern BI tools (e.g., Strategy, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ensuring data quality and continuously optimizing data flows and models.
• Close collaboration with IT, Finance, and other departments to leverage data-driven solutions effectively.
• Contributing to the further development of the company's Data & Analytics strategy.

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• Relevant experience in Data Analytics, ideally in a controlling environment.
• Very good knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Strategy, Power BI, Tableau) as well as SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
• Sound understanding of financial and controlling processes.
• Experience in Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning is an advantage.
• Analytical and conceptual strength combined with strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
