Responsibilities

• Design and implementation of ETL processes from various data sources
• Participation and leadership of implementation projects for the BI solution KM-Dashboard (based on Qlik), initially with a focus on personnel data based on SAP
• Planning and participation in the further development of the BI product portfolio based on agile requirements management
• Adaptation of dashboards and reports to customer-specific requirements

Qualifications

• Completed information technology degree or IT technical vocational training with several years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows client-server architectures
• High IT affinity, knowledge of SAP HR and Qlik are advantageous
• Ability to analyze and transform given actual states into structured data
• Strong team and communication skills
• Responsible and customer-oriented way of working
