Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Product Manager to enhance our Product and Solutions Marketing Analytics. This role is crucial in delivering Business Intelligence support to our internal solutions teams, especially those serving independent retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal solutions teams to create innovative tools aimed at optimizing workflow and enriching customer experiences.
- Lead initiatives focused on designing, developing, and implementing solutions and performance metrics that provide essential insights and decision-making support to our leadership team.
- Respond to a variety of ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures and comprehensive documentation.
- Ensure continual monitoring of data accuracy and quality.
- Support the professional development of junior analysts through guidance and skill-building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Proficient in gathering requirements from stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle varying priorities effectively.
- Adept at learning quickly and tackling unfamiliar technical challenges using available resources.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive, research-driven approach.
- Ability to identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Experience in querying, manipulating, and aggregating data from business systems for meaningful reporting is preferred.
- Familiarity with data query and visualization tools (such as SSMS/SSRS, Tableau, Business Objects, Alteryx, etc.) is preferred.
- Understanding of relational databases, with MS-SQL knowledge being a plus.
- Experience in pharmacy, PBM, medical, or other healthcare environments is advantageous.
- Experience in building applications with QuickBase or similar tools is an added benefit.

$80,900 - $103,950
