Your Daily Life

The Land and Air Systems activity, based at the Massy site, is a leader in air operations command and control systems and air defense radar systems.

The Business Line Process Owner for the Integrated Air-Protection Systems (airspace protection system) BL optimizes and secures business processes, particularly:

• The DDQS (Design, Develop and Qualify the Solution) process, which delivers products and customer solutions in compliance with the needs of all stakeholders and entity policies, as well as continuously improving engineering competitiveness.
• The DDPS (Deliver Digital Products & Services) process, which primarily targets digital solutions.

In this role, you will ensure their effectiveness, compliance (EN 9100, cybersecurity, etc.), and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), while supporting digital transformation and team upskilling. As a key player between operational teams and management, you will ensure the performance and compliance of critical air defense systems.

Your Main Missions

Process Management and Optimization:

• Mapping, documentation, and standardization of processes (development, project management, supply chain) according to quality standards (ISO 9001, EN 9100).
• Identification of improvement levers (costs, deadlines, quality) and proposal of action plans.
• Standardization of best practices and harmonization of processes.

DDQS Compliance:

• Adherence to quality (ISO…), safety (HSE, cybersecurity), and regulatory (GDPR, ITAR) standards.
• Participation in audits and contribution to certifications (ISO 9001, EN 9100).

Continuous Improvement:

• Deployment of methodologies (Lean, Agile) and management of cross-functional projects (digitalization, automation).
• Analysis of customer feedback and proposal of corrective actions.

Governance and Reporting:

• Facilitation of process committees, production of dashboards (KPIs), and reporting to management and the DDQS.

Training and Support:

• Awareness and training of teams on processes, quality/safety requirements, and best practices.
• Support for changes (new tools, regulatory evolutions).

Your Profile

• Experience in process management: Mastery of process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in audit and evaluation: Ability to conduct quality audits and evaluate processes.
• Knowledge of quality standards and norms: ISO 9001, CMMI, etc.
• Experience in audit and evaluation: Ability to conduct quality audits and evaluate processes.
• Skills in analysis and problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies: Agile, DevOps, etc.
• Knowledge of quality management tools: Project management tools, defect tracking tools, etc.
• Communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work with different teams and stakeholders. You demonstrate a synthetic mindset.
