About the role

Role Purpose

Drive product strategy, market development, and commercial enablement across GI, Respiratory, EndoTherapy, Infection Prevention, and Capital Equipment portfolios. Lead product lifecycle, market insights, launches, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational & Compliance — Forecasting accuracy, reporting, tender input, regulatory adherence
  • Customer & KOL Engagement — Insights gathering, clinical education, relationship building
  • Product Launch & Innovation — Roll‑outs, adoption of new technologies, collaboration with global teams
  • Sales Enablement — Training, technical support, value propositions, strategic account support
  • Marketing Execution — Campaigns, promotions, congresses, workshops
  • Market Development — Research, segmentation, competitor tracking, opportunity identification
  • Product Lifecycle — Positioning, pricing, forecasting, optimisation, and phase‑out planning

Key Requirements (Screening Criteria Included)

  • Relevant Degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing or Business
  • Experience in Medical Devices — 5–8 years in medical devices, healthcare marketing, or product management
  • Endoscopy / Infection Prevention / Capital Equipment Exposure essential
  • Sales Collaboration — Experience supporting sales teams and commercial execution
  • Market & Competitor Insight — Exposure to market analysis and customer insights
  • Healthcare Procurement Knowledge — Understanding of healthcare systems and procurement
  • National Travel required for launches, training, and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and communication capability
  • Valid driver’s licence
