The Role

As part of the development of our B-Hive Mulhouse agency, we are recruiting a:

• Lead the development of a profit center, balancing economic performance, client satisfaction, and team development.

Business Development

• Develop and retain a portfolio of clients/prospects
• Identify needs and co-create adapted solutions
• Respond to calls for tender and oversee project execution

Management and Support

• Supervise, lead, and develop your teams
• Ensure mission follow-up (interviews, training, development)
• Retain teams and maintain collective dynamics

Recruitment

• Identify and recruit the best profiles
• Build a strong, committed, and complementary team

Candidate Profile

• Graduate of an engineering or business school, or equivalent
• First experience (internship or work-study) in a service or commercial environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and a taste for challenges
