About
In this role you will lead the international marketing operations while coordinating with Asset Manager Solutions to translate GP priorities into campaigns and events that support fundraising. You will shape regional marketing plans, manage timelines and KPIs, and support GP-sponsored events and flagship conferences. You’ll work across regions to align global strategy with local execution and partner with cross-functional teams to drive fundraising-ready initiatives. This role offers autonomy with collaborative, cross-region impact in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, prioritization, and execution discipline across International Marketing initiatives
- Translate strategic objectives into operating plans, timelines, and deliverables with accountability across stakeholders
- Coordinate and shape regional marketing plans and go-to-market priorities with regional teams
- Assist budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for international marketing programs
- Identify process improvements to enhance cross-regional coordination
- Act as operational partner to Head of International Marketing & Communications for rapid decision-making
- Support KPI tracking and reporting for International Marketing with concise updates for senior management
- Partner with Asset Manager Solutions to align GP priorities with marketing execution
- Shape agendas for GP fundraising events and iCapital's proprietary conferences
- Ensure integration between GP-sponsored content and broader event narratives
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in marketing, business operations, asset management, or financial services
- Experience balancing operational ownership with externally facing marketing and partnership work
- Ability to translate complex GP or business needs into clear, actionable marketing initiatives
- Experience contributing to regional or international marketing plans across multiple geographies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willingness to work across time zones and travel for conferences and partner engagements
- Ownership mindset with comfortable autonomy while maintaining high information flow
