In this role you drive the international marketing operating model and translate GP priorities into campaigns and events that support fundraising. You partner with Asset Manager Solutions to align global strategy with regional plans and coordinate cross-region delivery. You will shape regional marketing ambitions, optimize processes, and support GP-sponsored events and conferences. This role offers a chance to influence fundraising outcomes while collaborating with a global team across time zones.

- Ensure coherence between GP‑sponsored content, event narratives, and iCapital’s positioning
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders and US‑based teams to ensure alignment across regions
Responsibilities
- 7–10+ years in marketing, business operations, asset management, or financial services with exposure to GPs, private markets, or alternatives
- Experience balancing operational ownership with externally facing marketing and partnerships
- Ability to translate complex GP or business needs into actionable marketing initiatives
- Experience contributing to regional or international marketing plans across geographies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work across time zones with travel for conferences and partner engagements
