About the role
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and run the operational backbone of Genesis across HR, office, and internal processes
- Own HR operations end-to-end: contracts, payroll (outsourced), benefits, onboarding, and compliance across multiple geographies
- Oversee daily office operations: facilities, vendors, equipment, logistics, and workplace experience
- Design, implement, and improve internal processes (travel, expenses, procurement, tools)
- Manage purchasing and logistics: hardware orders, shipments, customs, and supplier coordination
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and external providers to ensure smooth administrative and compliance workflows
- Organize team events and rituals that strengthen culture across offices
- Identify operational gaps early and implement pragmatic, scalable solutions
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong experience in operations, business ops, or people & ops roles in startup or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to operate across multiple domains: HR, office management, finance ops, logistics
- High ownership and execution mindset: you take problems end-to-end and get things done
- Ability to bring structure and clarity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
BONUS
- Experience managing multi-country HR topics (France, UK, US)
- Experience with procurement, hardware logistics, or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with tools like Rippling, Ramp, or similar
- Experience working in highly technical environments (AI, robotics, engineering)
